This double barrel-aged imperial stout was cellared in premium, top-shelf Kentucky bourbon barrels for first and second ageing, before resting for 30 months. Our team hand-selected each barrel for use in the final blend. On first sip, notes of bourbon, sweet caramel cream, dark stone fruits, and vanilla dance joyfully among the subtle oak tannins. Good things come to those who wait, and this deep dark, well-balanced imperial stout delivers.
