If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received or purchased it in. We need either the receipt from the original purchase or the packing slip that it was shipped to you with.
Once the item has been inspected and you have been contacted, we will notify you of the status of the order. If the refund is approved we will then initiate a refund in the form of original payment. If you used cash, you will need to come into the mercantile to have your refund or exchange processed. The refund will be issued based on your card issuers policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All beer and alcohol related sales are final. Beer cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you are shopping for curbside pick up, we have a five day grace period. If the order is not picked up within 5 days we will process a refund and the items will be returned to our stock.
