If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!
Returns
All returns have to be made within 30 days of your original purchase. If the item(s) have to be shipped back to us, you are responsible for shipping costs. For a return or an exchange to be initiated, please send an email to our store manager at C.Funk@ommegang.com or our store team at Store@Ommegang.com. Once you have received an email informing you that you are still eligible to return or exchange your item(s), we will provide you with the correct address and further instructions. Your item must be in original, unworn, unused condition (this includes no excessive animal hair). Your original packing slip or your receipt must be included in your parcel to us or with you when you come to return an item. Upon inspection, you will receive an email from our team with a final decision based on the items condition. Beer is not eligible for a refund or an exchange.
Exchanges
Beer is not eligible for any returns or exchanges. This includes any curbside pick up beer. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE YOU MUST HAVE YOUR RECIEPT OR PACKING SLIP.
Refunds
Once the item has been inspected and you have been contacted, we will notify you of the status of the order. If the refund is approved we will then initiate a refund in the form of original payment. If you used cash, you will need to come into the mercantile to have your refund or exchange processed. The refund will be issued based on your card issuers policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Beer Sales
All beer and alcohol related sales are final. Beer cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you are shopping for curbside pick up, we have a five day grace period. If the order is not picked up within 3 days, it will be returned to our stock and a refund will be processed.
