Introducing, Neon Riot, an expressive Belgian-Style IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Prison City Brewing. Built on a light silky base of pilsner malt and oats, this beer lets the hops break free, skipping the kettle entirely and making a bold escape straight to the fermenter. An explosive charge of six different hops unleashes waves of tropical fruit and white wine. A lively Belgian yeast strain threads gentle spice and bright esters through the hop intensity, finishing dry, silky, and smooth. Bold yet balances, Neon Riot is a celebration of two breweries pushing flavor to the edge, and giving hops the freedom to run.
