A wild take on the classic Belgian Brett Saison. Inspired by Hennepin, this farmhouse ale is brewed with Ommegang's signature house yeast and spiced with Grains of Paradise, Coriander, orange zest, and ginger. After primary fermentation, Brettanomyces is introduced, and a dry, funky secondary fermentation unfolds. The result is rustic, layered, and quietly explosive! 8% ABV, 25 IBU
